How do I register an owner agreement?

From the Owner menu select My Sponsorships, then click the Register New Sponsorship option.

Enter your sponsors name and click the magnifying icon to search for sponsors. 

If your sponsor is an existing sponsor, click on the name to select from the list.

If your sponsor is not found, click Add New Sponsor and enter the details.

Enter the end date (cannot be greater than 5 years) and the sponsorship value. 

Select your horses to be covered by the agreement.

Click Continue when you have completed all details. 

Review the details on the next page and click Submit when you are happy.

The Receipt page confirms that your agreement has been submitted. It will display in the Pending Sponsorship section until approved by Weatherbys and/or the start date is reached.
